The newest Burlington Coat Factory store will open to Clovis residents on Oct. 11 in the Village Shopping Center. The 50,000 square-foot store, located at 70 W. Shaw Ave. , will be welcomed to the city with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 9:30 a. m.

N3 Real Estate of Southlake, Texas closed on the acquisition of a 50,820 square foot building located at 70 W. Shaw Avenue, Clovis, California. The building will be converted and leased to Burlington Coat Factory.
